And when there is that large a pool of potential targets, the suits could be very, very large.

Don't you have to demonstrate damage to win a lawsuit? Or has that become a quaint rudiment of civil law?

verizon.. looks like a 1000 lawyers wrote response and none could agree how to write it.

i am looking forward to see if Swann gives Rendell a run. Rendell got my vote last time. He seemed sincere on getting our property taxes cut by at least 40% was his message.

Well after his term is almost up he cut a deal to get something out there , although to low income <never part of plan, later to others, years later when gambling comes into state. it was a token amount of like $200. to low income. a farce and republicans backed out of deal in the last minute leaving those who just got voted out. leader of republicans in pa and rendell without any property tax relief. He did get a bill through two years ago or last year that required school districts to give up the right to tax except of inflation or going to poll for approval.. and tax state money.

That went over like a lead ballon. almost 95% of all school districts turned down rendell's offer. Like school districts are going to give up their right to increase taxes.. ha he has to take it away from them in a bill but didn't want to upset the teachers unions etc. well it back fired.

So you know i will not be voting for Rendell this time. Oh, he did increase state income tax when he got into office, cut corporate taxes in state for more jobs?

that's the background. Casey who hasn't stayed in a job longer than a year maybe before he goes onto next job. How he ever accomplished anything in an elected job is beyond me.
and Rendell who let the public down on property tax relief.

vs Swann and Santorum. If Swann get a lot of the black vote in philly then they have a chance figure santorum runs along with those who just punch the ticket vs individuals. However, Swann against Rendell in Philly and the counties around philly .. big question. my bet would be rendell casey get in but people are really upset of this nightly wage increase to themselves and voted out a lot of long term representatives.. RENDELL signed the bill. He tried to support the increase for about two weeks and then got out of the way , none of them recognized how upset people would get.

ps as tip says all politics is local... my property is a very sore subject . i will not forget a broken promise at election time. i do not care if democrat or repbulican.. pay me first.
