I just can't help but think that if Gore had gotten a PDB titled "Bin Laden Determined to Attack in the United States", he'd have taken SOME action. For one thing, he'd have actually READ it. Bush did nothing. Remember, all the information was there to connect the dots. Bush just believed, pre-9/11, that terrorism was some sort of silly, Clinton administration concern.
