So in the end, we cut taxes, keep spending, and everyone hates the Department of Education, LOL.

But it's all the other group's fault. Perfect circular logic.

So spending on the Department of Education doubles, other forms of social spending rise faster than under Clinton or Carter, and Bush still gets attacked for being too frugal on social spending, and on top of all of that he tries to portray himself as something of a fiscal conservative.
