Plus, he's HAD his moment... ie. 9/11 that's when he would have tried to take control. He's nothing but a lame duck now, and people would laugh if he tried to pull some kind of power grab. He's going to be out of office and just fade away... no one will even want him campaigning... let along sitting in a back room pulling strings. -ggg-
