"Go away" would also include purchase by another company. And No I don't think they produce any product that can't be obtained (in some suitable similar form or function) elsewhere. By the time this option heist bs and the resulting fines/lawsuits are over, the balance sheet is going to be a huge wreck. Meanwhile VTSS is tradeable or flipable. But it should be quite clear that it is un-investable to mere stockholders. And its certainly not like they have been increasing revenues or profitable lately. Guess that is what happens when apparent thieves are rummaging the option pig trough.
