I wasn't saying anything related to quad-core in that reply. I just noted that the quote from the Anandtech comments had identical information to the one David Kanter made at Real World Tech.

Quad-core was always due in 2007 and has been known for many months. Charlie at the Inquirer had a detailed article about the quad-core transitions in early March. No one is claiming quad-core is ahead of schedule. The question is whether Deerhound is K8 or K8L.
