Note to self: In the first week of
June this year, I will have held the
first batch of DPII shares for one
year. Including the kids shares I am
down $15k. If I had bought all my DPII
today, I could have bought with that money
an additional 6000 shares.

Still, "When calculating the rate at which
a future benefit is discounted, we must be
careful to make allowances for the pleasures
of expectation."
