I forget what base it was, I'll ask him the next time I see him, but he said they couldn't the wire fence surrounding the military base up because of the islanders that would steal it. I also knew another guy with a similar problem that lived in the city and also had a country place he eventually sold because he couldn't keep the tin on his barn.
