The film is his presidential campaign. Game's over. You lose. Tell Kerry to pass a bill this year, and come back when he's got a record to stand on. Maybe 8 bills in 24 years, eh? Much better than 7.
Or maybe author a resolution that says gasoline is expensive. He could pass that one.
