LOL, so DELL has no "high end" now? Did you not bother to look for their existing 4S products? dell.com They aren't especially competitive, which is why 4S Opteron boxes will be a big improvement here. And 2S is not a "multi-processor" server? Think of the "Xeon MP" language. Nothing anyplace says to expect desktop refresh using Core 2 before end of year. You realize that Conroe and Woodcrest are the same core, right? Now the fantasy is that Woodcrest and Merom are on time, early even, yet Conroe, the same core, is delayed to the end of the year? You don't honestly believe that, do you?
