The following is what might happen if the democrats gain control of congress. What i'm afraid of is if junior is found guilty of breaking some of the many laws he has broken and the supreme court says he didn't break any laws. There is a good likelihood of that happening. imo.... What happens if the supreme court sides with him on everything? Does a democrat congress start impeaching justices like they should or do they roll over and play dead like they've been doing since 1999. I say they will make a lot of noise, a few of them like Feingold will want to do the right thing and impeach justices. All of the republicans will side with bush and enough of the democrats. junior will smirk and say "see I told you it was all legal".... I hope i'm wrong.
