I don't think it's realistic for Dell to try and drive HP and China out of the PC business, yet.. that still seems to be their strategy. I think this endless price war is hurting Dell as much as any of it's competitors. I work with several companys that use Dell exclusively, and not a one does so because of the price, instead it is the reliability and help desks (mostly the ones they remember, not the ones they called last week) that got them the business.
