Only someone unfamiliar with the way things are supposed ot work blames Bush and the Feds for the Hurricane Katrina response. Nagin and Blanco blew it. THEY are responsible for their states health and welfare. Individuals are responsible for their health and welfare. THEN you can ask the Feds to help out.

There was no local plan of action on what to do in the event of a hurricane they knew would flood the city. That is the MAYOR's fault, then the governors, then so many bureaucracies below Bush that it takes a while to get to Bush. But you people want to lay it at the President's feet. So much BS.

Americans...Had Enough??

Yes, absolutely. We have had enough of you and your kind. Totally.
