Ray "Why would you want to short BIOV" Well, uh, jeez, I dunno, maybe because it has 27mm shares outstanding, losing 1.27 per share on their last report, has little to no cash and huge debt as well as convertible perferred and no product? Actually, there was no reason for the spike that I can find either..going from mid 3 to near 6 in a couple of hours is a big ol' red flag that looks like blood in the water to me and, obviously a bunch of other short sellers at open..so far so I'm in the money..again, I won't hold the position very long. Maybe time to go long PEIX here at the 50dMA for a short time back to 30? Ken
