The GOP is spewing wedge issue BS now. The GOP senators and White House don't really give a damn about gay mariage, illegal immigration and Spanish language. This is just mindless red meat for the most gullible and ignorant racist and homophobic types on the far rightwing base. What a travesty this is when we have such serious issues for our senate to spend their time on, but they don't. Bush supports illegal immigration, numb-nuts. Always has. He's been forced into this fence idea. And some say half the White House staff are gay so why would they care so much about gay marriage. Democrats don't either. We think that whole subject is a big distraction manufactured by the rightwing to cover up their gross failures and corruption.
