Put the illegal employers in jail then for offering these jobs, accepting phony or no documentation, paying off the books, not paying minimum wage, transporting these people around the country packed into the back of vans and so on. Mexicans are lured here by promises of what is for them substantial amounts of money that they and their families need to survive. For the most part they do jobs americans wont do. Normalize the relationship without citizenship and force illegal business to play fair or die.
