Don't know so much about them - besides using some of their servers in our company.

But they have been suffering from a lack of using best of its kind of different solutions for some time now - mostly because of special deals between Mike D and his personally preferred vendors. Next to go may be BRCM (for 100% of their WLAN) and CSR (100% of their BlueTooth).
