Here is a revisionist view. Perhaps its good not to drill for renewables or build more gasoline refineries. This will keep prices high and allow the free market to sort out the best renewable fuels and most efficient cars. Oil takes 5 years to get to the market for a new well--maybe non renewables come as fast or even faster. Just a thought, not quite a belief of mine yet. What do you think.
