I spoke with WWAT IR regarding the continued use of this financing. He said other sources were available, but taking too long, meaning WWAT needed funding to execute. Personally not happy with that response or the irresponsible continued dilution. If the company is sound and the plan is sound, there's got to be more reasonable terms available. Unfortunately, they've opted for the easy, less internally painful path.

I see light at the end of the tunnel in the form of a very significant increase in contracts and revenues which will make everything in the present seem petty. Unless they're complete dolts, sales will turn into profits.

They're heading in the right direction, experiencing major growth and establishing a solid foothold into the future. Why would every school and every building owner not want to become a micro utility if no upfront costs were needed?
