"So you don't consider unwillingness to follow established law as corruption?"

Last week my daughter started reprimanding me during a country drive for not stopping at a stop sign. I saw her point and remarked, "that was a stupid place for a stop sign."

There are two aspects of every law, when considering abuse. The spirit of the law and the letter of the law. A stop sign is intended to provide right of way, so that accidents can be avoided. In the middle of no where, when I can see up and down the cross road, should I have come to a complete three count stop, before we proceeded? My kid is still holding it over my head, what do you think? Have I abused the public trust?

"he isn't corrupt as far as I can see"

Don't forget that the tax cuts Bush pimps inordinately reward the Bush/Cheney/Kerry/Lay and above level of wealth, while throwing the smallest of table scraps to the vast majority of Americans.
