Actually, WWAT gets paid/revenue through 3rd party financing.
I don't know structure or terms, but would guess they get paid like any other contractor.

Did just speak with IR. They are using 3rd party who actually owns equipment and sells electric back to property owner. WWAT has no long term vested interest. Only looking to get cash and jobs via more buyer-friendly program.
