Publications such as The National Post, which has a very large circulation in Canada, should bear the responsibility of checking out the veracity of their articles, especially those involving such shocking charges. But the Post, is known for its pro-USrael leaning, having been bought by a famous Canadian Jewish family a few years ago. Having said that, even so, I am shocked that The National Post would stoop to such low tactics, or to be stupid enough not to check and vet this story properly. I can fully understand some people's assertion that this was not an oversight or stupidity, but a real attempt to inflame anti-Iranian sentiments.
