I'm actually surprised how quickly AMD is supposed to kill off some Socket-939 parts. AMD is expected to stop taking orders for Socket-939 Venice this quarter. That is pretty shocking considering the popularity of the Socket-939 Athlon 64 3000+ and Athlon 64 3200+.
