Bush tax cuts are clearly aimed to help the rich. The capital gains tax cuts are a big part of it. And the more Bush tax cuts that get passed, the bigger the deficits, the more unfair this country becomes and the greater the divide between the upperclass and middleclass.

As the GOP tax expert showed in his book "Perfectly Legal" is that the Bush tax code only benefits you if you make north of 500 K per year. If you make less, you end up getting the short end of a stick that will eventually poke you in the eye.
