Seems the problem with the transfer of money, is that we cannot even contain the illegal entry of humans, how do we expect to be able to stop the flow of money. You have only to look no farther than Houston, let's say in the concrete industry, to see an example of this. At certain times of the year if you call for concrete, you cannot get it, as most of the workers have gone home for either a "vacation" or holiday....and I suspect lots of cash went with them. It is my understanding that many of the illegals pay SS but the cost of social services available to them far outweighs what is contributed. I am ALL FOR the LEGAL immigration of folks in the USA and I believe most feel that way, and I even believe we need some sort of a guest worker program, with the proper documentation, such as an computer coded card of some sort.
