Hi Dave, howya been? Well the housing bubble was pretty obvious, at least for the last coupla years (here in Phoenix, in So Cal, Vegas, and Florida at least). As the saying goes, "there are none so blind as those who will not see", which is why we were regaled with fairy tales about 'conundrums'...... Admitted, Blackhawk Ben has a tough act to following, seeing how Soylent Greenspan poured gasoline around around the cabin, diesel on the roof and left a few gallons of nitroglycerine precariously perched on top of the mantle...then handed Bennie a flaming zippo as he skipped out the door.<G>
