Wow! Wonder what the taxes are on the place, especially in Schumer's and Hillary's NY State...Compared to the prices for land out here on the waterfront, that number of feet on a lake and adjacent land is UNBELIEVABLY CHEAP!!!

The full package offered on the auction Web site includes 6,900 feet of lake frontage and 279 acres on the adjacent mainland.

As of Saturday, the top bid for the property was $1 million.
