I say this not to justify the Iraq war, but to put the whole "hypocrisy" statement in the right context. Christians who support Afghanistan but blast other Christians for supporting Iraq are themselves hypocrites.

As a Christian and after much soul searching, I went along with the Afghan war because I knew that there was a need for some sort of revenge to placate the anger of Americans and that bin Laden needed to be caught; in another words, the Afghan war was a necessary evil. However, not for one moment was I comfortable with that tactic nor did I ever think it was the best response to 9/11. I believe many people felt that way.

But with you, there didn't seem to be even a skipping of a beat. That's what makes your Christianity seem somewhat hypocritical......but then again, its not for me to judge.
