This area is booming and Texas doesn't have a state income tax. The Dallas metroplex will go all the way to Oklahoma up I75. There's construction everywhere and lots of work.

Good point. And we need brain drainers as well. As for low income workers nothing says we cant take in folks lets say from eastern europe who will do the low end work. No reaoson that all low end workers must be mexican. One caveat, no large numbers of moslems should be admitted for security reasons. The immigration laws must change in this regard..
