The rightwing is pushing Hillary for president. She is the one they want to run against, and she is the one they feel most comfortable smearing and making up lies about. They don't know if they can beat her (it depends) but they can't wait to smear her. If she is nominated, the rightwing is all ready with the "lesbian" whisper campaign, which is ridiculous because there's no evidence she's ever done anything like that. The rightwing will say that Bill said she was a lesbian to Gennifer Flowers, but Bill was just joking. They would also run the same "weak on defense" campaign. And start repeating the lies that Bill raped women, etc., so that a "rapist" would be back in the White House. Completely baseless smears of course, but that's what they'd use to try and stimulate their maniacal rightwing base.
