I just can't picture Tom Hanks as the lead character. I think I'll wait for it to hit HBO.

re: Ted, I saw Da Vinci Code last night. An OK adaptation of the book. Would have been disappointing had the reviews not lowered my expectations in advance.

The reviews were horrible. Great book, good cast, good director. How did they screw it up?

Ted, I saw Da Vinci Code last night. An OK adaptation of the book. Would have been disappointing had the reviews not lowered my expectations in advance.

I've never quite understood what this movie is about......is it purporting that Jesus was married to Mary Magdelene.......is that what the controversy is all about?

One of the trailers, though, is for Oliver Stone's movie about 9/11 starring Nicholas Cage. Once again, I don't think I'm ready to watch something like that yet.

Its unbelievable........I guess Hollywood has been biting at the bullet to do films on this subject. I don't think Flt. 43 is doing well and I bet this Nick Cage movie will not well either.
