I think all this talk about major correction is a bit soon...people are afraid to buy Intel because they don't know what kind of upgradability path they are going to get...fear sends customers away...AMD can only take x amount of customers away so Intel should be trying to maximize revenue and not trying to keep AMD surpressed...AMD will come out with very little pain while Intel might have a seizure if they continue producing mediocre products...Dell basically told them after the announcement "stop sending us crap to sell"...were not your dumping grounds...;>)

How long before AMD posts a quarterly eps of $0.70 and how long before INTC posts $0.35?

Looks like Q3 or Q4 for an AMD $0.70. Can't say I'm nearly as optimistic about the peospects of a $0.35 Q3 or Q4 for INTC.
