If you add the inevitable Northbridge for Intel, a TDP lead for AMD is quite certain.

10-30W seems like a lot for NB. I think it used to be in 10-15 Watts in the recent past, but who knows what FB-DIMM brings to the table. I think on this one we will just have to wait, and compare power consumption at the outlet with similar configurations.
