Bush just solved the immigration problem with Kennedy and McCain, didn't he? Bush and the Republicans won'e let any competing immigration plans come to the floor, so what Kerry's plan is is irrelevant. He probably agrees with Kennedy, and so does Bush. Warner I don't know, but maybe the same. Do you Repubs ever stop and wonder why nothing has been done on immigration for five years until an election season when you have no issues to run on? You guys were in power and did nothing. And before that Bush was a two-term Texas governor with the longest Mexican border of any state and did nothing.
