Kennedy-McCain is Kerry's position I'm sure, though I have not checked. Bush agrees with almost everything in that bill as well. It is only the far right which has a problem because they are not thinking rationally. However, I love it that the far right exposes itself as so anti-Hispanic. Hispanics are the swing-voters now in many major races. There is no reason now why 35-40% of Hispanics wil ever again vote Republican. They were hoodwinked into doing so in the first place.
