Big Oil/Energy has ripped off about a trillion dollars, or will have before Bush-cheney are finished with us. A sizeable portion of that money should be returned to the public, having been the product of a monopoly, price-fixing and price-gouging. There is no doubt this has happened, only the question how much?

Bush-cheney are so deeply in te pockets of big oil they will never defend the consumers and taxpayers and demand the money reimbursed, but the next leaders in power will, and well they should. If we let Big Energy get away with this, they will just go on and on and on stealing with impunity. They will laugh at our government and figure they own Washington DC.
