I didn't detect any fear in his article, only bemusement.

I saw the code today. Never read the book. I would give it a three star. Interesting story, good acting but nothing spectacular, and a nice ending.

Plot was a little too easy to predict for my liking. Didn't you just know the guy was going to get loose from the car and align himself in some way with the driver?

Anyway, I don't know what all the fuss or fanaticism was about. Simple fiction story, yes it was anti-Catholic and anti-christianity, but what movie with a christian religious theme isn't these days?

Overall I would give it a three star.

They should have used an unknown instead of Tom Hanks. Seeing him in so many movies made it hard for me to relate to this role. Definitely not one of his best roles or performances.
