Yes, let the middle-class and poor get raped by universal healthcare which makes a servant class to all healthcare workers. After all, your need does not equate to a right. Of course the rich will have access to the most advanced medical technologies anywhere in the world while the drugged out American sheeple with Social Security ponzi schemes and Medicare scams will "live" as the walking dead until the plug is pulled in their 80s. While those with money will buy new bodies, upload their brains into new versions of themselves, use nano-robots and other new technology to increase their lifespans to 400 to 500 years, growing richer through the centuries! :)
