I can hear him as we speak. Bush got a couple of points in the polls over his illegal immigration reform plan. Maybe he thinks a talk to American people will get him back up to 80% approval before the mid-terms.

Can we take this every Monday between now and the mid-terms?

Hot off the press....We need to strengthen the doctor-patient relationship. - Bush @ 12:06

Health Savings Accounts is the answer. Bush figures that with HSAs, the consumer will go for the low bid doctor/treatment. And we'll have a strengthened doctor-patient relationship as a result. I sure do hope that Cheney has an HSA.
