But doesn't this apply to the 'non-quantum' world as well, it's just that the 'measurement', or 'observer' effect is so subtle it can (normally) be ignored??

<in order to measure position or momentum precisely, you must give up knowing the opposite. you can know both, but not at the same time.>

And if observation changes reality, or maybe (?) more correctly reality depends on observation, then science has some interesting adjustments to make in just about every area of study.
