I don't know about the fine details you are discussing, but I assume you are aware that Indianapolis is a major hub for shipping companies and airlines. I had an important overnight shipment to my son held up there for two days, because FedEx was evidently trying to save money on getting some stuff to Atlanta from Wash DC. I complained and got the supposed overnight shipping refunded to my account with FedEX, but that didn't change the FedEX corporate mind about running an extra plane to Atlanta just for my benefit. I assume this stuff happens to American businesses all the time. <<gg>>
