And it is, *STILL*, the wrong time of year, generally, to hold AMD.
"

I'm not "sure", as everyone, what the future will bring to us, of
course ;-) ... but I really believe in the overall sentiment
expression. So most Techs tend to be REALLY weak the last
weeks, we only have to look through the charts at the SOX
components. It looks really ugly and only a few names didn't
fall that bad.
So AMD introduced many new lines, more tomorrow, we got Up-
grades and DELL onboard and the stock nearly didn't move, when
I look at the 32,44$ low from today. Before DELL the stock
was at 31,41, so when we only look at TODAY (doesn't work, I
know) its up to now a net 1$ -> laughable. But the market is
right - as always ... ;-)

BTW: timing in general. Most market comments point in the
direction that the summer will be weak - could be, but for the
TECHs I don't know, if this timing indicator is THAT RIGHT.
Just look at last year - the LOW was made at the end of April
just above 14$ and at the end of September we stood at 26, so
near +100%. I will not say that this time this action will
repeat, but shows that sell in may could be a VERY wrong
decision.

BTW2: my technical view says me, that the SOX is VERY NEAR
the buttom. Looks deeply oversold in the DAYLY and WEEKLY
Chart at my Indicators.

Edit:
Just looked at the new S&P data for AMD
1,65$ for 2006 and 2,10$ for 2007 -> reasonable. ;-)
