I live in fla. Personally, I dont see why MANY honest people who got in over their heads should lose their homes because of a few RICH examples. $125k is PEANUTS today for a home. If they limited the exemption to say $400,000 and indexed it to the increase in home costs I could support something like that, but frankly I have LITTLE sorrow for these banks that send out credit cards to every Tom, Dick & Harry then cry like babies when the people abuse the credit. Its the BANKERS and other lenders that have stiffened the bankruptcy laws and its to make the people SERVANTS. jdn
