Elmatador, great post of yours for sure.. it deals with the "Micro foundations" of macroeconomics - these days it'S inreasingly difficult to look at the trees (of economic activity) instead of the forest (the results of the "trees") obviously there's a "glue" there binding these worlds together. We can only draw up hypotheses about the glue, the mechanics and our theories are getting "better" (or I should rather say "more powerful") as their ability to explain these mechanisms becomes more sound each day as we learn, analyze, and get back to the drawing board with updated information and feed back the loop.. best rgrds CROSSY
