It's known for how much they have their 8% outstanding. Last time I checked it was like $20Mil, so not a big deal. What worries me is that they are subsidiary of a big option market maker - Timber Hill.

EDIT: What good about them is that they don't issue you a margin call -- they just close your position(s). I experienced that myself a few times.
