Enough blood and guts for me. I think I'll just go watch "Red Skies of Montana." When I was a kid I met the guy played by Richard Widmark, and he was nothing like that.

I also saw them filming some of the Smokejumper scenes near Missoula, and I've been inside the plane they used to jump out of. When I was a fire lookout on Diablo, I saw it fly up East Moose Creek several thousand feet below me, turn around, and fly back down. Ford Trimotors were amazing airplanes.

I have always seen Fargo as a great morality play which contrasted the greed of the bad guys to the simple pleasures of the sheriff and her husband.
