Only Bush-Cheney and the GOP are responsible for the Iraq War. You can maybe also blame some pro-war Dems like Lieberman and Gephardt, but even they were lied to about the intel. But don't try to tar Kerry with that brush. Kerry is one of the leading war critics in this country and when he cast his vote he warned Bush not to do exactly what Bush promised he wouldn't do, but then he went ahead and did it anyway. 20,000 US casualties later Bush still has no plan for how to get out. Kerry's plan was to begin withdrawls last week.
