Sentiment remains overly-bearish, which simply means that the decline has gotten totally overblown to the downside -- just as the advance that preceded it got totally overblown to the upside. And, the longer the market can stay down at these levels, the stronger the rally that will follow. It's like holding a balloon under water and pumping it full of air. Eventually, that balloon is going to head for the surface in a big hurry.
