Bush is the one trying to cut the VA budget, A-hole. And he did, he cut it by 1 billion until the GOp congressmen afraid of not being re-elected complained. Kerry always fights for better care for our veterans. he wrote the Vterans's Bill Of rights. He is a wounded combat veteran himself. You are exposing yourself as a complete desperate liar.
