Yeah, I think it could go any of several ways. I'm just going to hang onto what I've got and add homie shorts into a ramp. If they ramp because of weak numbers and a Fed pause, my miners are going to outperform everything so I won't get hurt.

I think it will surprise to the upside because the builders are still for the most part going full tilt boogie.

I wonder if cancelled orders get backed out of future new homes numbers?
